HISTORY

Flu-STOP™ was originally developed during China's SARS epidemic of 2003. One of China's leading viral scientists and medical doctors, Professor D.S. Liu, Ph.D, was inspired to make a difference to find a cure for this horrifying disease that killed hundreds worldwide. He was aware of the incredible medicinal affects and curative powers of many of China's herbs and diligently developed the right herbal combination to create this product. The original product was used to treat SARS-infected patients in hospitals in China and as a result of its success evolved into a cold and flu product for the general population.

Professor Liu, the inventor of Flu-STOP™ has 40+ years of study and research in the field of molecular biology and viruses. He is a medical doctor graduate from China's prestigious China Medical University and then went on to do a post-graduate degree at the China Academy of Medical Sciences. There he studied under the supervision of Professor Zhu Jiming who is world famous for isolating the first Asian influenza strain in the 1950s. Professor Liu has engaged in World Health Organization research projects at the Royal Post Graduate Medical School and the Wellcome Research Laboratories in the UK, and also worked at the Peninsular Laboratory Inc. in the USA. Professor Liu is a scientific advisor for anti-cancer drug development at Swiss Debiopharm Research Foundation. He has been honoured with the National Special Contribution Scientist Award by the State Council of China and is a member of the editorial committee of the China Immunology Journal and the China Biological Products Journal.

Professor Liu is now a Board Member and Science advisor for Trinity.
